1. High attention on brick making machine mold

① Clean up the mold cavity, get rid of the oil and dirt on the surface. Spray anti-rust oil onto mould cavity.

② Check whether the relevant parts of the brick making machine mold are damaged, and fasten the loosen parts to ensure the safety and reliability of the brick making machine while producing;

③ Check whether the extruding, forming and pressing surface of the brick making machine mold are worn, repair it by welding, grinding, and polishing.

④ Check the blanking and blanking parts, repair and replace the damaged parts; check the guide and the wedge mechanism to repair and replace the worn and cracked parts.

2.     Accurate oil temperature adjustment of permeable brick making machine
