Introduction on Light Weight Foam concrete Plant

The light weight foam concrete block is a kind of foaming agent that is fully foamed mechanically through the foaming system of the foaming machine, and the foam is uniformly mixed with the cement slurry, and then injected into the mold to be formed. It is formed by natural curing, a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material with a large number of closed pores. It is a bubble-shaped heat-insulating material, and its outstanding feature is that the closed foam cells are formed inside the concrete, so that the foamed concrete block can achieve the effect of light weight and thermal insulation.

   The light weight foam concrete is prepared by directly adding hydrolyzed natural resin foaming agent to cement concrete or prefabricating a large amount of foam without adding perlite, polypropylene EPS beads and other materials. The main feature of this kind of foam is that its water absorption rate is less than 5%, no connection between the stomata, the three-dimensional foaming, the pore wall is smooth without cracks, and the diameter is within 1mm-0.05mm, accounting for 60% of the concrete 85%. The number of foams per cubic meter is as high as one billion or more. It does not use formaldehyde or toluene, is non-toxic, does not cause resource shortage in long-term use, and does not pollute the environment during production and use. The service life is basically the same as that of ordinary concrete, and it can be reused without generating construction waste. It is a green environmental process engineering material.
