Principle of brick machine conventional frequency conversion vibration Aug 11, 2020

Its mechanical structure is that the motor drives the eccentric shaft through a synchronous gearbox, and the eccentricity and eccentric mass are fixed. Therefore, when a certain value of excitation force is to be reached, it can only be achieved by requiring it to reach a certain speed, as the eccentricity and quality cannot be changed. When making bricks with a relatively small amount of concrete, the excitation force still has to maintain such a benchmark, because if the rotation speed is low, although the excitation force is also low, the frequency also decreases. The quality of concrete molding mainly depends on two factors, the excitation force and the vibration frequency. The frequency of vibration reaches more than 4000 rpm, which can make cement liquefy faster. That is to say, even when making some bricks with a relatively small amount of concrete, a relatively large excitation force must be used to obtain a relatively large vibration frequency (because the eccentricity and mass of the eccentric shaft have been fixed) to ensure the bricks molding quality, which is also a relatively large problem of frequency conversion vibration brick machine.

In addition, for the variable frequency vibration system, when the required frequency is to be reached, there is an acceleration process. To reach 4000 revolutions from 0, this process usually takes at least one to two seconds. Then the vibration at this time, firstly, it is invalid and does not help the product molding, and secondly, it has some load onto the brick machine. When ineffective vibration occurs, cement or other aggregates will separate and cause delamination. In order to ensure the strength of the middle brick, more cement has to be added, because when segregation occurs, the cement is separated from the middle to the two sides, which is a working mode of frequency conversion. In the past when the requirements for bricks were not very high, this working mode was barely acceptable in the market.

Now more and more is to promote environmental protection and energy saving, to make full use of cement to make liquefaction more efficient. The initial goal of our servo motor vibration design is to liquefy the cement as quickly as possible and distribute it in the cement product as evenly as possible.
