The fully automatic servo brick machine production line is based on servo vibration and servo hydraulic technology, and can be equipped with functions such as lateral shifting, core pulling, EPS board conveying and quick mould changing to meet customer production needs to the maximum extent. The pallets for block machine include refined bamboo pallets, refined plastic surface pallets, polyurethane-coated pallets, and high-temperature steam-cured pallets. Features of PVC Pallet for Unburned Bricks 1、High strength,thermal insulation,heat preservation,dampproof,flame resistant,acid and alkaline resistantand corrosion resistant. 2、Good performance in stability,dielectric property,aging-resistant,durability,welding and bonding. 3、Be kneaded,mixed,pulled,squeezed or casted,thePVC pallets are easy to be formed to meet differentrequirements of specifications. 4、Easy to be operated and installed. 5、Good performance in flexible strength and impacttoughness.The ductility is relatively high upon cracking. 6、Low flammability,high strength,weather resistanceand geometric stability. 7、Good resistance to oxidant,deoxidizer and strongacid.But it may be corroded by concentrated oxidationacid such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentratednitric acid and it is not suitable to contact with aromatichydrocarbons or chlorhydrocarbons.
