Fly ash automatic brick making machine with 4 axis servo motor vibration is the latest product independently researched and developed by our company based on the introduction of German Hess technology.

The servo vibration system is composed of a servo controller PLC, four motion controllers and four servo motors. The vibration table is composed of a vibration box and a vibration plate.

Compared with the traditional frequency-controlled vibration brick making machine, it has the following advantages:

1) The molding time is greatly shortened and the production efficiency is higher. The servo motor is directly connected to the eccentric shaft through the coupling, which reduces the connection with the synchronous gear box. The acceleration time from 0-4500RPM only needs 0.1-0.2 seconds, which shortens the molding time by 5-8 seconds compared with the traditional variable frequency vibration.

2) Lower energy consumption. Each servo motor is individually controlled and there is no interference between each other, which overcomes the energy offset and energy loss caused by the traditional vibrators that require mechanical synchronization, and can save energy by 30% -50%.

3) Better vibration effect. The servo vibration system adopts full closed-loop control, the servo motor runs more synchronously, and the excitation force generated is more stable.

4) Noise reduction. 15-20 decibels lower than traditional electric mechanical hydraulic systems.

5) Easy to maintain. Each servo motor is an independent unit, and no mechanical synchronization device is needed between each other, which makes maintenance easier.
