    Block machine moulds are tools used for producing various types of blocks. Depending on the purpose and shape of the blocks, they can be classified into several types. Common types of block machine moulds include pavement block moulds, hydraulic block moulds, grass planting block moulds, wall block moulds, retaining wall moulds, hollow moulds, porous moulds, and more. These different types of block machine molds can meet the needs of various construction and engineering projects, providing customers with efficient and diverse solutions for brick production. Paver moulds are used to produce block needed for road paving. They possess good wear resistance and compressive properties, suitable for paving roads, sidewalks, squares, and other ground surfaces. Hydraulic block moulds are used for producing bloc required in hydraulic engineering, such as drainage ditches, water channels, flood walls, etc., usually requiring certain sealing and water resistance properties. Grass planting block moulds, also known as lawn block moulds, are used to produce block that can be laid with grass or planted with vegetation. They have permeability and good drainage performance, which helps in plant growth. Wall block moulds are used to produce block required for building walls. They can be ordinary wall blocks, porous blocks, hollow blocks etc., selected according to the architectural design requirements. Retaining wall block moulds are used for producing block needed in soil engineering for retaining walls, with certain compressive and stability properties, used to prevent soil erosion and landslides. Porous block moulds are used to produce block with porous structures, having good thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, commonly used in building walls or partition walls. Hollow brick moulds are used to produce block with hollow structures inside, reducing the weight of the bricks while improving their thermal insulation performance.

The product is resistant to deformation, cracking, knotting, and impact. Regular maintenance according to the manufacturer's instructions can ensure a lifespan of over ten years under non-steam curing conditions, and over six years under steam curing conditions. During steam curing, the recommended temperature typically ranges between 65°C and 90°C, with solid wood pallets capable of withstanding temperatures up to 130°C.  Product Features Pine pallet, also known as solid wood pallet, is suitable for various production equipment such as bricks, pavement bricks, hydraulic bricks, slope protection bricks, curbstones, etc. 1.Selecting high-quality raw materials from Russian primeval forests, including larch and pine, the wood undergoes drying and rehydration treatments to ensure stable wood fibers and reduce moisture content, thereby minimizing deformation. 2.The splicing of boards adopts a unique domestic joint structure, utilizing double tongue-and-groove joints and imported high-temperature resistant waterproof adhesive. This exclusive splicing structure ensures stable fastening, preventing cracking and deformation while enhancing flatness. 3.The edges are wrapped with C-shaped galvanized steel plates and reinforced with steel rivets, enhancing the overall structural strength. 4.All straight wooden edges of the pallet are crafted using a chamfering process to prevent splinters, effectively mitigating issues such as edge splitting. 5.The final process of the pallet involves multiple passes of CNC polishing to ensure consistent thickness and higher flatness. 6.Oil immersion process: High-temperature oil immersion treatment for three to five hours.  Pallet Maintenance and User Instructions 1.During use, both sides of the wooden pallet should be repeatedly utilized. 2.If the equipment is equipped with an oil spray device, the device should be activated to maintain the pallet while it is in use. If such a device is not available, the pallet should be brushed with oil according to usage conditions. 3.The pallet must not be subjected to collisions with hard objects or deliberate dropping by individuals. 4.For non-automatic production lines, after the bricks are stacked, the pallets should not be left outdoors exposed to prolonged sunlight or placed randomly hanging in midair. 5.At the end of each year's work, the pallets should be cleaned of debris, brushed with oil, placed on level ground, stored in a cool and shaded area, and covered with weighted objects on top.
